holistic health practitioner Teri Whalen, NRT. This introductory talk explores why so many
women experience daily fatigue or energy dips and offers simple, practical ways to support more
consistent energy and overall wellness.

Join us for a relaxed and inspiring day of art, fellowship, and coffee as we transform simple wood panels into beautiful barn quilt designs!
We invite artists of all skill levels to create their own 2×2 ft barn quilt masterpiece. Whether you prefer a guided kit or want to design from scratch, this is a fun, welcoming space to paint, connect, and create.

Location: The Paddock or Community Garden (2 Paint Locations after supplies pick up)
Entry Fee: $10 per artist (PAID BY CASH, CHECK, OR VENMO)
